Parekh Aluminex to enter into property business

Parekh Aluminex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider, business in respect of calling of Extra Ordinary General Meeting seeking approval to issue further share on preferential basis as also to seek amendment in the object clause of the Company for enter into property business.
