VA Tech Wabag allots 33702 shares under ESOP Scheme 2006

The Board of Directors of VA Tech Wabag Ltd by Circular Resolution have allotted 33,702 number of equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, on the exercise of 33,702 stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2006.

The Existing Issued and Paid up Capital of 1,05,30,093 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each has increased to 1,05,63,795 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each after the allotment of 33,702 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The new equity shares rank pan passu in all respects with the existing capital.

The stock was trading at Rs.1174, down by Rs.3.90 or 0.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1184.95 and low of Rs.1170.
