Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 10350 Shares

The Board of Directors of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on March 18, 2011 allotted 10,350 shares to the employees of the company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.271.70, up by Rs.2.60 or 0.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.272.90 and low of Rs.269.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.02 lakhs.
