Polygenta Technologies to allot 50 lakh shares on conversion of CCPS

The Committee Meeting of Polygenta Technologies Ltd held on March 15, 2011 has decided to allot 50,00,000 Equity Shares of FV of Rs. 10/- against conversion of 50,00,000 CCPS (Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares) of FV of Rs. 10/- each to AlphaPET Ltd., which is one of the Promoters of the Company.

The stock last traded on December 23, 2010 at Rs.55.65. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.65 and low of Rs.53.

The total traded quantity was 325 compared to 2 week average of 250.
