SKS Microfinance allots 26665 equity shares

SKS Microfinance Ltd has allotted 26,665 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plan, 2009. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.617.95, down by Rs.3.35 or 0.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.633 and low of Rs.615.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.23 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.44 lakhs.
