HDFC Bank allots 231461 Equity Shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on March 03, 2011, 231461 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.2175, up by Rs.38.70 or 1.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2218.90 and low of Rs.2128.40.
