The Compensation Committee of the Directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd has allotted fully paid up 17,100 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to its employees on exercise of Stock Option.

The stock closed the day at Rs.156.85, down by Rs.2.50 or 1.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.161.35 and low of Rs.155.
