Vas Animations EGM on Mar 30, 2007

Vas Animations & Entertainment Ltd has announced that the Company has taken approval of the shareholders vide Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2006, to issue equity shares of 50.00 lacs in numbers at Rs 10/- each plus Rs 40/- premium each thus totaling Rs 50/- per Equity Share and the process of further collecting the amount was started on preferential allotment basis. In the meantime, one subscriber withdrew of his commitment for his own personal reasons and hence the Board of Directors thought it prudent to approach the shareholders again and get the new list duly modifies and approved.

Further the Company has informed that, an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on March 30, 2007.
