Religare Enterprises allots 12954 equity shares under ESOS

The Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Religare Enterprises Ltd, in its meeting held on February 25, 2011, has allotted 12,954 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 13,93,83,384 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 139,38,33,840/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.485.65, up by Rs.24.05 or 5.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.488.95 and low of Rs.470.05.
