Oracle Financial Services Software allots 125 shares on exercise of stock options

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held on February 24, 2011, has allotted 125 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each to an eligible employee of the Company who exercised his stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002. These shares rank pari pasu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs.419,474,010/- divided into 83,894,802 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2100, down by Rs.4.95 or 0.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2123.95 and low of Rs.2100.

The total traded quantity was 1235 compared to 2 week average of 11178.
