ITC allots 2763040 Shares

ITC Ltd has issued and allotted 27,63,040 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,76,304 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from February 17, 2011, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 772,16,96,260/- divided into 772,16,96,260 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.155.85, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.157.20 and low of Rs.155.10.
