Marg allots 2250000 Equity shares upon conversion of warrants

The Capital Issues and Allotment Committee of Marg Ltd in its meeting held on February 15, 2011 has allotted 22,50,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 51 per share aggregating Rs. 61 per share upon conversion of warrants to promoters', promoters' group and others.

The stock was trading at Rs.121.55, up by Rs.1.30 or 1.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.137 and low of Rs.117.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.24 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.21 lakhs.
