Raipur Alloys Board to consider interim dividend

Raipur Alloys & Steel Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider and decide on the matter of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
