Lakshmi Overseas to allot warrants at Rs.187

Lakshmi Overseas Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2007, inter alia, has decided for Allotment of 6,30,000 warrants each convertible into 5 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at premium of Rs 185/- per share to M/s. Ganeshay Overseas Industries Ltd, an entity belonging to the Promoters Group, on preferential basis in terms of the necessary approvals received from regulatory authorities.
