Kesoram Industries announces revised date for Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 06, 2007, regarding Board to consider interim dividend on March 12, 2007, Kesoram Industries Ltd has now announced that the said meeting will be held on "March 14, 2007" instead of "March 12, 2007".
