Thermax Board to consider interim dividend

Thermax Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2007, to consider proposal of payment of Interim Dividend.

Further the Company has informed that, March 21, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
