Graphite India Board to consider interim dividend

Graphite India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2007, inter alia, to consider payment of Interim Dividend on 146896225 equity shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company.
