Dabur India Board to consider interim dividend

Dabur India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2007, to consider the interim dividend on equity shares of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, March 20, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend. The Company will pay the aforesaid interim dividend on March 28, 2007.
