Balaji Telefilms fixes Record Date

Balaji Telefilms Ltd has announced that March 21, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.

Further the Company has informed that, the interim dividend, if declard at the Board Meeting to be held on March 13, 2007, will be paid to the shareholders on and from March 29, 2007.
