HDFC allots 134455 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on January 13, 2011 allotted 1,34,455 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 292,89,96,590 consisting of 146,44,98,295 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.667.95, down by Rs.13.40 or 1.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.687.25 and low of Rs.665.

The total traded quantity was 1.48 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.26 lakhs.
