Dewan Housing Finance allots 67261 Equity Shares

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on January 11, 2011, has allotted 67,261 [Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred & Sixty one] fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).

The said equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

As a result of exercise of options and the consequent allotment of the equity shares paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from the present Rs. 104,35,91,410/- divided into 10,43,59,141 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 104,42,64,020/- divided into 10,44,26,402 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.250.90, up by Rs.11.55 or 4.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.256.45 and low of Rs.242.

The total traded quantity was 0.70 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.06 lakhs.
