RPG group to acquire Fujitsu's stake in Zensar Technologies

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company has been informed by its Indian promoters, RPG Group of Companies and its Foreign promoters, Fujitsu Group of Companies, each of which hold 6,914,791 and 6,914,791 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, respectively, that on March 01, 2007 they have signed a Share Purchase Agreement in terms of which, subject to the fulfillment of conditions agreed therein and compliance with regulatory provisions, 6,914,791 equity shares of Rs 10/- each in the Company held by Fujitsu Group of Companies are proposed to be purchased by Jubilee Investment and Industries Ltd and / or its affiliates (being part of the Indian promoter, RPG Group of Companies).

In NSE, the shares were trading at Rs.245.30, up by Rs.7.40 (+3.11%) over its previous close of Rs.238.20. 13180 shares had changed hands till 11:17:34 Hours IST. In BSE, the shares were trading at Rs.246, up by 3.32% (Rs.7.90) over its previous close of Rs.238.10.
