Colgate Palmolive Board to consider second interim dividend for year 2006-07

Colgate Palmolive India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 09, 2007, to consider and declare second interim dividend for the year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, March 16, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend.
