CARE assigns CARE CGR 2 Rating to Gati's Corporate Governance Practices

Gati Ltd has announced that the Rating Committee of Credit Analysis & Research Ltd (CARE) has assigned "CARE CGR 2 (TWO)" rating to the Corporate Governance Practices of the Company.

According to "CARE CGR 2" rating as defined by CARE, the Company has adopted Corporate Governance Practices which would provide its Stakeholders high level of comfort on the degree of Corporate Governance.
