Ram Kaashyap Investment extends rights issue till December 17, 2010

Ram Kaashyap Investment Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2010, has reviewed the status of the Rights Issue and decided to extend the date of Rights issue upto December 17, 2010 and shall be open for subscription upto the said revised extended date.

Further, the Board also decided that the revised last date for receiving request for Split Application Forms shall be now December 10, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.18.90, down by Rs.0.03 or 0.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.90 and low of Rs.17.99.

The total traded quantity was 0.28 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.07 lakhs.
