Aqua Logistics approves opening of GDR issue

Aqua Logistics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25. 2010 has considered and approved the opening of GDR (Global Depository Receipt) issue for an aggregate amount up to USD 70 Million after obtaining the requisite regulatory approvals. The minimum issue price of the said GDR i.e. for the underlying Equity Shares has been determined at Rs. 55.10 per Equity Shares as per amended guidelines vide circular dated November 27, 2008 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

The stock closed the day at Rs.50.40, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52 and low of Rs.49.50.

The total traded quantity was 5.56 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.83 lakhs.
