Bilcare allots 473147 Equity Shares on conversion of FCCBs

Bilcare Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors for Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), under delegated authority has, on November 22, 2010, considered and allotted 473,147 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each upon conversion of the FCCB's issued earlier at a conversion price of Rs. 880/-, which was subsequently reset on January 13, 2010 to Rs. 483.28 per share, including premium.

Consequently, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 235,452,310/- divided into 23,545,231 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.671.20, down by Rs.3.75 or 0.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.683.90 and low of Rs.647.10.

The total traded quantity was 1.01 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.65 lakhs.
