Welspun-Gujarat Calls off Russian Joint Venture Proposal

Welspun-Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd has announced that in reference to the MOU signed for a Joint Venture in Russia, the parties could not reach mutually agreeable terms and conditions, hence, the proposed Joint Venture has been called off. The Company has not made any investments in Russia up till now and will therefore not carry any liabilities on the aforesaid venture.
