FCI OEN Board recommends dividend

FCI OEN Connectors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 22.5% for the year ended December 31, 2006. Furhter the Board has also agreed to declare an interim dividend of 50% for the current year, subject to the sale of the automotive connectors business being completed. This would be a special one-time interim dividend for the current year to recognise the profits arising out of the sale of the automotive connectors business. This dividend will be declared by the Board as soon as possible after the sale is completed in all respects.
