EID Parry India allots 16536 Equity Shares

EID Parry India Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 16536 equity shares arising out of exercise of employee stock option, granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, with this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 8,64,97,530 and the paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 17,29,95,060/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.533.85, down by Rs.0.75 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.541.90 and low of Rs.530.

The total traded quantity was 0.38 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.45 lakhs.
