Redington (India) allots 63575 Shares pursuant to exervise of optionsed under ESOP

Redington (India) Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company, on November 01, 2010, has considered and approved the allotment of 63,575 (Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Five Only) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 24/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.

The stock closed the day at Rs.82.50, up by Rs.2.80 or 3.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.50 and low of Rs.77.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.38 lakhs.
