Chakkilam Infotech approves allotment of 25 lakh warrants

Chakkilam Infotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2010, has considered & duly approved the Allotment of 25,00,000 convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs. 10/- each to Mr. C Srikanth, belonging to the Promoter group.

The stock was trading at Rs.15.50, up by Rs.0.65 or 4.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.50 and low of Rs.15.50.

The total traded quantity was 10 compared to 2 week average of 6721.
