Everest Industries allots 27397 Equity Shares under ESOS

Everest Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2010, have allotted 27397 Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Schemes.

7,600 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2006, 10,457 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2007 and 9,340 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.236.50, down by Rs.4.85 or 2.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.242.05 and low of Rs.235.

The total traded quantity was 0.22 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.41 lakhs.
