Tecil Chemicals Lifts Lockout, factory to be re-opened on February 22

Tecil Chemicals & Hydro Power Ltd has announced that the Company has reached a settlement with the Workers Unions and the lockout has boon lifted. The Company's factory will now be re-opened for maintenance work on February 22, 2007.
