Mercator Lines' largest Dry Bulk vessel calls at Mumbai Port

Mercator Lines Ltd has announced that the Company - although a new entrant into the Dry Bulk segment - has achieved the distinction of having the largest Dry Bulk vessel ever to call at the Mumbai Port (MbPT). MT Prem Varsha owned by the 100% subsidiary of the Company and carrying coal to the tune of 82,499 MT docked into the port this week.

This is the largest Dry Bulk Vessel to call on Mumbai Port Trust which also achieved a discharge rate of 19,050 MT in 24 hours. This is the highest ever discharge rate achieved by any vessel at the Mumbai Port.
