Motilal Oswal Financial Services Grants 1124000 Stock Options

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Remuneration & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on October 20, 2010, had granted 11,24,000 ( Eleven lac twenty four thousand ) options in accordance with the provisions of various Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company.

Further, 1,20,000 (One lac twenty thousand ) Options granted in accordance with the provisions of various Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company have lapsed pursuant to the decision taken by the Committee in this Meeting.

The stock was trading at Rs.204.05, up by Rs.1.70 or 0.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.212.50 and low of Rs.188.

The total traded quantity was 1.29 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.61 lakhs.
