Madhav Marbles to change name as Madhav Granite and Realty Ltd

Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2007, has approved the change of name of the Company from "Maadhav Granite and Realty Ltd" to "Madhav Marbles and Granites Ltd", in terms of the name made available vide letter dated January 25, 2007 issued by Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
