Lincoln Pharmaceuticals allots of 50 lakh shares

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2010, has allotted 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at premium of Rs. 31/- per share to the four different entities on a preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.44.85, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.65 and low of Rs.44.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.27 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.34 lakhs.
