Ramco Systems allots 14492 shares under ESOS 2008

Ramco Systems Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 05, 2010, has approved an allotment of 14,492 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,422,416 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 15,436,908 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.117. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.119 and low of Rs.116.25.

The total traded quantity was 3587 compared to 2 week average of 60944.
