Cerebra Integrated Technologies to consider preferential issue on Oct 06, 2010

Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 06, 2010, inter alia, to consider further issue of securities on a preferential basis to certain strategic investors and promoters, to part fund the E-Waste Recycling Project and on going expansion programs including LPO business in the subsidiary.

The stock was trading at Rs.29, up by Rs.0.90 or 3.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.50 and low of Rs.28.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.68 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.18 lakhs.
