Upsurge Investment to consider conversion of warrants on Oct 06, 2010

Upsurge Investment & Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 06, 2010, to consider allotment of Equity shares on conversion of Warrants which were allotted earlier to Promoters and Non Promoters on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15.25, down by Rs.0.21 or 1.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.23 and low of Rs.14.69.

The total traded quantity was 1.08 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.20 lakhs.
