Celebrity Fashions cancels allotment of equity shares under ESOP 2005

Celebrity Fashions Ltd has announced that the payment made by the allottee by way of cheque was returned due to technical reasons and hence the Company is cancelling the allotment of 20,000 equity shares made under ESOP 2005 and the same will be allotted after realization in future.

The stock was trading at Rs.29.25, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.75 and low of Rs.29.

The total traded quantity was 4796 compared to 2 week average of 5791.
