Advanta India raises Rs. 125 Crores through NCDs Issue

Advanta India Ltd has announced that issue of Unsecured Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 10,00,000/- each for cash at par aggregating to Rs. 125 Crores shall open and close on September 25, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.458.55, up by Rs.1.35 or 0.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.470.10 and low of Rs.456.

The total traded quantity was 6329 compared to 2 week average of 13378.
