Religare Technova allots 11548727 Equity Shares

Religare Technova Ltd has announced that pursuant to and in accordance with the requirement of the Scheme of Arrangement involving the Company, Religare Technova Global Solutions Limited, Religare Technologies Limited, Religare Technova Business Intellect Limited and Religare Technova IT Services Limited approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 22, 2010, have allotted 11548727 (One Crore Fifteen Lacs Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Seven only) Equity Shares of the Company to the members of Religare Technova Global Solutions Limited, whose names are recorded in the register of members or are beneficial owners in the records of depositories as on the Record Date i.e. September 08, 2010.
