Prism Cement Issues NCDs worth Rs 50 crores

Prism Cement Ltd has announced that the Company has issued Unsecured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 50 Crores divided into three series. The issue closed on September 17, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.60.35, down by Rs.1.35 or 2.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.62.60 and low of Rs.59.45.

The total traded quantity was 4.01 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.94 lakhs.
