Choksi Laboratories to consider allotment of 8 lakh warrants on Sep 20, 2010

Choksi Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 20, 2010, to consider and allot 8,00,000 Convertible Warrants on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.21, up by Rs.0.35 or 1.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21.30 and low of Rs.20.45.

The total traded quantity was 0.18 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.19 lakhs.
