Delta Corp to consider preferential issue upto Rs 275 crores

Delta Corp Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 20, 2010, inter alia, to consider the preferential allotment to one or more investors upto an amount of Rs. 275.00 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred Seventy Five Crores).

The stock was trading at Rs.69.70, up by Rs.11.60 or 19.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.70 and low of Rs.58.40.

The total traded quantity was 100.08 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 27.10 lakhs.
