Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that at the meeting of the Shareholders & Investors Grievance Committee held on September 09, 2010, the Committee has allotted 22,887 equity shares to the eligible Employees / Director of the Company under CORE Employee Stock Option scheme, 2007.

The Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company post this allotment stands at Rs. 20,72,37,996 comprising of 10,36,18,998 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
