ANG Industries approves allotment of 1.1 million warrants

ANG Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 09, 2010, has approved the allotment of 11,00,000 Convertible warrants on preferential basis to ANG Automotive Industries Pvt. Limited (10,50,000 warrants) and Mrs. Sangita Gupta W/o Mr. Manoj Gupta (Independent Director) (50,000 warrants).

The stock was trading at Rs.69.40, up by Rs.1.40 or 2.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.80 and low of Rs.67.10.

The total traded quantity was 25136 compared to 2 week average of 28872.
