Camlin allots 262325 shares

Camlin Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company, at the meeting held on August 30, 2010, have allotted 2,62,325 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the "Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008". The shares are allotted at a price of Rs. 16/- per equity share.

Consequent, to this allotment the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company is 6,06,30,175 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.50, down by Rs.1.35 or 2.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.60 and low of Rs.48.90.

The total traded quantity was 7.13 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 12.38 lakhs.
